This regulation of Tranaco ( below called Company ) is legal base for the operation of company
This regulation together with other rules of the company , other resolution of shareholders’ meeting and management board have been passing appropriately in accordant with law which are the compulsory rules and regulation to do business of the company .
These are approved by shareholders’ meeting to establish the company in Sept 25th 2005 .
